Help for New Parents

Do you need help?

Dear Mom,

When you deliver your baby, just speak to your Birth Center social worker or nurse at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center or PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center (in Longview) about a layette, car seat, or Sibling Bag.  We keep supplies of them at all three hospitals.

If you have already delivered, you or a friend can contact the Babies In Need office at All Saints Episcopal Church. We are located at 2206 NW 99th Street, Vancouver, WA 98665.  The office is at the back of the church. Office hours are generally Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00am to 12:00pm, but just to be safe, please call the office at 360-573-8106 (or one of us) before you come!

Blessings to you and your baby!

Our rear-facing car seats for newborns meet current safety regulations to keep little ones safe.

Most of the families we help are headed by women – our beloved “mothers in need” – but dads struggle too. For many reasons they may be the single-parents raising a newborn, so, of course, we help our beloved “dads in need” too.
